Integrated Assist Call
WC Alarm System (ViLX-ACA)
Lexicomm “Assist Call” Alarm WC system. Comprises of 1x over-door plate, 1x cancel plate, 1x pull cord, WC alarm fitted sticker, and operating instructions sticker. Brushed stainless steel finish with Blue halo indication. 2-core cable is required, and the plates can be wired in any order. Additional plates can be added (please check with VI technical support).
Bedroom Kit (ViLX-ACB)
“Assist Call” Accessible Bedroom zone kit (as described in BS8300). Comprises of 1x over-door plate for the corridor, 2x cancel plates (one each for bedside and bathroom), 3x pull cord (one each for bedside, toilet, and bath/shower), WC alarm fitted sticker, and operating instructions sticker. Brushed stainless steel plates with Blue halo indication. 2-core cable is required, and the plates can be wired in any order.

“Assist Call” over-door plate. Brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue halo indication and buzzer.
ViLX-CNP
“Assist Call” cancel plate. Brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue halo indication and buzzer.
ViLX-CPP Assist Call Pull Cord Plate
“Assist Call” pull cord. Brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue halo indication, and 3m cord with two 50mm diameter red rings.
VilX-ACP Assist Call Ancillary Cancel Plate
“Assist Call” ancillary cancel plate. Brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with no indication or sounder.
Call Plate (ViLX-CLP)
“Assist Call” call plate. Brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue halo indication.
Switch Interface Plate (ViLX-SIP)
“Assist Call” switch interface plate. Brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue halo indication. Used for connection of external switches such as press switch strip or connection to door micro switches (latching or non-latching option).
Weatherproof Cancel Plate (ViLX-CNP-66)
“Assist Call” cancel plate. IP66 weatherproof enclosure with brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue indication.
Weatherproof Call Plate (ViLX-CLP-66)
“Assist Call” call plate. IP66 weatherproof enclosure with brushed stainless steel finish, single gang plate with Blue indication.
Weatherproof Call Button (ViLX-CLP-56)
“Assist Call” mushroom call button. IP56 weatherproof yellow and grey polycarbonate enclosure. Key operated reset. Not to be used with a cancel plate. May be used in conjunction with an over-door plate.
ViLX-ACP-66
The ViLX-ACP-66 weatherproof ancillary cancel button is fully compatible with the Lexicomm EVC range of equipment and the standalone Assist Call range.
Legacy Bezel (ViAC-LBZ-2)
“Assist Call” legacy bezel to convert vertical double gang to single gang mounting. (ViLX-CNP not included)
